Lease Lengths
We offer 6- and 12- month leases that revert to month-to-month rental agreements when the specified time has been fulfilled.
Application & Screening
Prior to move-in, all prospective residents who are 18 or older must fill out a Rental Application and pay the $35 non-refundable screening fee in the form of a money order.. Applicants must present valid picture ID (such as a driver's license, state ID card, or passport) and proof of Social Security Number (or immigration status paperwork).
Screening includes:
- Verifying the information provided on the Rental Application.
- Confirming income for the past 12 months to verify that the household income is at least three times the rent.
- Contacting present and previous landlords for rental history.
- Obtaining a credit report from a credit reporting agency.
- Reviewing public records including criminal, court, and sex offender records.
- Checking personal references
Move-In Costs
At move-in, we charge a refundable deposit, and a non-refundable carpet cleaning fee. In addition, we charge first month's rent. Although we are required to have last month's rent on file for everyone, we can work out a payment plan with you, so you can spread the last month's rent into four monthly payments (instead of paying it in one lump sum).

- Our 2-bedroom apartment homes range from $725 - $755 per month.
